Laerskool Fairland strives for customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order. Refunds are only processed if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Certain items, such as customized or branded clothing, is excluded from refunds.

If the purchase was made by a parent or guardian of a learner, any approved refund will be credited to the learner’s school fee account. If the purchase was made by an external customer (outside the school community), the refund will be paid directly to the original purchaser, provided all necessary documentation is submitted.

All data is securely stored and not shared with third parties except where legally required or necessary to complete the order. Orders will be processed within 3–5 working days after payment confirmation. Deliveries are limited to in-school collection during designated hours. Notifications will be sent via e-mail once orders are ready for collection. Laerskool Fairland is not responsible for delays beyond our control.
